All the lessons are online, once you book the lesson, you will receive an email confirmation and you are connecting to the lesson through the platform. You can book lessons based on your time preferences and the availability of the tutors.
How do I choose a tutor?

All tutors go through an approval process that evaluates their knowledge and experience before they start teaching.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a lesson?
If you need to cancel, you can do so through our platform up to 12 hours in advance. Additionally, you can reschedule a lesson up to 4 hours in advance.
What if I'm not satisfied with my tutor?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your language-learning experience. If you are not satisfied with your tutor, you can choose to switch to a different tutor on our platform.

You can book your lesson up to 12 hours in advance.
What materials do I need for the lessons?
Our platform provides everything you need for the lessons, including learning materials, exercises, and practice materials. All you need is a computer and an internet connection.
